I have reason to believe there is a lot more going on there that is not being disclosed. To cut a very long story short, back in the very early 60′s there was a group of Scientists that blew their cover and wrote a book called A Prime Piece of Real Estate. It exposed the fact that they had successfully managed (on a small scale) to manipulate time for a three month period in the American sector of the facility. Every copy of the book ( a paperback ) were confiscated except for two. (whereabouts unknown) Now, if they were that far advanced back then, where are they at now 50 years later. I myself read part of this paperback as I was a proof reader at the time and can vouch for it’s existence! The mind boggles.
There might be information available now and that is what I am chasing up. It would explain so many things.

Thankyou for this article. This article is amazing as it is like a needle in the haystack compared to all the voluminous baloney out there knocking Wikileaks. Your article is very helpful as it discredits how Wikileaks is an Israeli and U.S. psyops operation providing cover for their middle east wars, etc. I was convinced of this, but now my faith in Wikileaks has been restored. Excellent work in tracking down the original source that refutes all the junk against Wikileaks. Also, I appreciate how you discredit Gordon Duff in this regard. It is interesting that this article also restores Anonymous’s credibility because it has also been charged as being a psyops/CIA operation.

No where have I claimed Jim Stone’s work. I came upon the majority of this information, including the info about No Embassy, long before I was shown Jim’s article. This article was posted today because I finally got around to writing up all the relevant links I wanted to include. Yes, I have read Jim Stone’s work before. I like his work. I included a link to his article and referred to it as “some good research”, because it is good research. It adds to the story, but it is not the full story IMO. I personally do not believe no attack in Libya took place, but Jim could very well be correct that there was no attack.

I have been debating this entire incident on FB for days … so I have done a lot of research beyond that presented in Jim Stone’s article on Benghazi. Please tell me … did Jim Stone’s article include the information about the military base around the supposed consulate, and Operation Odessey Dawn and Operation Unified Protector? When he checked this out in Google Earth … did he have a look around the area at other installations? I did. And I discovered the base. I’m guessing (seeing as there’s millions of people on the net) that someone else has also located the military base, independent from my findings.

In the end it shouldnt be about who came up with the information first – who gets the credit – what’s most important is getting it out to wake up the masses who are still in denial. Wouldn’t you agree?

You post this on Sept 19th and then include that Jim Stone has some good research as Well? Give me a break! We can even Waaayback this to when Jim Stone began the posting on 13th of Sept. Don’t claim what isn’t yours. Good links though. You read Jims work often?

Hello,

1/ Firstly, I must disagree with you that the PIPA does not mention slavery. About that time, slavery was outlawed but blackbirding continued under the euphamism of indentured labour and the Pacific slave trade was legalised, regulated and taxed by the PIPA.

2/ But the key issue I have with your, and others’ analysis, is that the PIPA act is specifically for natives outside of British colonies and it specifically identifies the Australian states as British colonies (Section 2 1872 Act). How can this in any way be construed to be relevant to the Australian colonies?

3/ The crucial section 7 is one sentence. The only sovereignty referred to is the British Crown’s, specifying the limits to it outside of its colonies. When the second part of the sentence says “to such sovereignty” it is referring to the matters of the first part of the sentence. It does not introduce a new notion of native sovereignty. What is attributed to the tribes is “rights” – common law rights under the crown’s sovereignty. This is clearly reinforced in section 8 regarding Fiji (that became a British colony in 1874, after the 1872 PIPA). Section 8 determines that the rights of the tribes in Fiji remain in place until the colonial parliament passes legislation to extinguish them.

I wonder if you had considered these issues and if so I would be interested to hear your comments, as a fellow bush-lawyer.
